Modi's family is not safe in India, nephew robbed

 Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi's niece was robbed by robbers in New Delhi and deprived them of valuables, mobiles and cash.

 The Indian capital, New Delhi, has witnessed various incidents of abduction in recent times, but this time it has hit the niece of India's most powerful man.
 Mamaanti Ben Modi has filed a rape report at the Police Lines of Civil Lines in New Delhi.

 He said in his report that unidentified persons riding a motorcycle snatched their purse from the door of the Gujarati Samaj Bhum at Civil Lines.

 According to reports, Ms Banerjee is the daughter of Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

 This incident happened with Damayanti when she was returning to New Delhi from Amritsar, the Indian state of Punjab on Saturday morning.

 Dimanti says he had booked a room at Gujarati Samaj Bhawan for a stay in New Delhi, but as soon as he arrived at the door of the hotel, unknown suspects took away his purse and fled.

 He also informed the police that he had 2 mobile phones, wallets and important documents along with Rs 56,000 in his purse.
 Modi's nephew said he had to go to another city in Syria, but could not travel anywhere because of documents stolen.
 Meanwhile, Delhi police say they are investigating the incident.
